Grubby Little Faces is a popular lifestyle blog, focusing on everything food, home and garden related. The owner, and author, needed a fresh new logo that really embodied what the blog was about.

 

With a fairly open brief we wanted to create an identity that was fun, creative and personal. The hand drawn font is inspired by string, which connects and holds together each icon, all of which represent the different aspects of the blog and have a personal association to the owner.

 

The finished result suits the website and brand perfectly. It illustrates how the blog intertwines a variety of topics in a fun, characteristic and playful way.
